Best walking shoes
Great walking shoes, plenty of room so toes don't rub against each other. Highly recommended
Altra Torin 5
After wearing out 4 pairs of Torin 4's I was concerned to move to a new shoe. I agree with many others about the goofy tongue design, but mostly wear taller socks so it works for me. I really like everything else about the shoes, and will not hesitate to purchase another pair.
Great fit & comfort
The wide toe box drew me to this shoe. It delivers in fit, wide in front and normal in the heel area. It is the most comfortable shoe I have worn.
Tongue is waaaaay to long with a sharp edge
Very comfortable shoe rating a 5. the tongue needs to be shorter and duller. Can't believe they didn't do any QA and actually wearing the shoes before manufacturing it! Rating a 1 QA
Always good, but why change?
I’m a big fan and love Altras. It’s good to see the upper holes for shoestrings are back. Oterhwise, it’s about the same as previous versions. I just wish companies would stick with what works and stop gazing out older models that work just fine. I’ll remain a fan and look forward to many, many more miles ahead.
