The legendary Brooks Adrenaline GTS 22 just got softer. This beloved support shoe will have you running smooth and steady with its updated 100% DNA LOFT midsole and GuideRails® support.
The new Adrenaline GTS has a midsole made up of 100% DNA LOFT. This simplified midsole construction makes it softer and, combined with the segmented crash pad, provides for a more seamless transition from the heel to toe-off.
The GuideRails® in the Adrenaline GTS provide a holistic support system and align your body into its natural motion path while keeping excess movement in check. Similar to how bumpers in a bowling alley keep the ball from going in the gutter.
Brooks strategically uses 3D Fit Print technology in the upper of the shoe to provide structure for your foot, while moving with it.
All of these factors combine to give you a smooth and steady shoe, making sure that you can “Run Happy.”

Brooks only made a few small changes to the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 22. DNA LOFT now makes up 100% of the midsole. The simplified midsole construction creates a more seamless transition from heel to toe-off. Finally, they strategically changed the use of 3D Print technology to provide better movement with the foot, while still providing structure.

Love them!
I suffer from Plantar Fasciitis and these shoes had an immediate positive impact on my comfort and pain reduction. It's also great to see Brooks get a little snazzy in their colors and design so that they don't just look like old man shoes!
Brooks Adrenaline GTS 22
The Brooks Adrenaline GTS 22 has been a very nice shoe that provides support in the areas that are needed for my specific arch and foot needs. In addition, the fact that it had black on black coloring style made it have a good look.
Fleet Feet
I have been going to Fleet feet for about 10 years and they are always very courteous and helpful. Very satisfied and will continue to purchase my running shoes from them.
Downgrade
Honestly, I preferred the GTS 21’s over the 22’s. From quality of build, to comfort and support. Everything about the 22’s feels like a downgrade. Even durability is a problem as my 22’s aren’t refund eligible being torn in the heels only 1 month and half into wearing them. My 21’s were considerably better in every aspect of wearing a good shoe. Extremely dissatisfied, but unfortunately there is nothing I can do. All I can recommend is a different shoe. Brooks really disappointed me with this model of GTS.
