With an updated midsole, the men's Brooks Ghost 13 is the best Ghost yet.
Brooks created a soft and smooth ride by incorporating into the midsole a generous amount of its DNA Loft foam—one of Brooks’ softest foam compositions. The DNA Loft extends from the heel to forefoot to deliver a soft, consistent transition, while BioMoGo DNA foam gives you a responsive toe off.
The engineered mesh upper is roomy and smooth, and it provides just a bit of stretch to help mold it around the unique shape of your foot. The mesh breathes easily on warm days and feels plush from the moment you step in.
Coated with a durable rubber outsole for extra grip and a longer lifespan, the men's Brooks Ghost 13 is a classic, no-fuss everyday training shoe that you can rely on for hundreds of miles.

What's the difference between the Ghost 12 and Ghost 13? -
The big difference between the Ghost 12 and Ghost 13 is Brooks used more DNA Loft foam in the new model. The soft foam now runs from the heel to the toe. Many of the other features are very similar: The mesh upper, the lacing and the accommodating fit haven't changed.
Is the Brooks Ghost 13 a stability shoe? -
No. The Ghost 13 is a neutral running shoe.

Can’t miss with this shoe
Running shoe for XC training for my HS student. Classic, cushioned, not too heavy. Great for road, trail, track. Holds up even on grass. He’s a teen and he likes it— that’s something!
Best shoe ever
Absolutely love the Ghost 13. Fell in love with ghost line starting with the 9s. Something went wrong in between 9 and 13. The versions in between lost their cushion in the front portion near big toe. 13 set it right and I now have 3 pairs.
Comfortable
I’ve worn Nike for years and I finally came to fleet feet to get my feet scanned and get the right fitting shoes. Turns out my shoes have been too narrow my entire life. This has completely changed everything. This shoe is comfortable and also wide enough for your feet to breath
My third pair
I love these brooks shoes. Good comfort, stability, and durability. I also like that the mesh on the upper provides a bit of waterproof protection. My previous shoes would leave my feet wet at the slightest drizzle and these offer a bit of protection
Brooks Ghost 13
I am not a runner, but I walk. I had a pair of Brooks Ghost 12s that I really liked. When I recently looked to replace them, they weren't available, replaced by the Ghost 13. I was leery whether the fit would be as good, the same. It was. I like them just as much as the 12s.
