Features

A classic gets even better with the men's Brooks Glycerin 19.

Brooks reconfigured the midsole in the Glycerin 19 to pack in even more DNA Loft foam. The DNA Loft is Brooks’ softest foam composition, so it gives you the plushest underfoot feeling every step of the way.

The foam maintains the shoe’s light weight to keep your muscles feeling fresh, and it boasts a peppy response for a lively ride.

An engineered mesh upper molds around your foot for a comfortable fit, and an internal heel counter locks you into place so you don’t slip inside the shoe. A durable blown rubber outsole adds traction on pavement and flexes easily for a natural toe off.

In the Brooks Glycerin 19 review, Fleet Feet runners praised the easy ride provided by the DNA Loft foam. The cushion, they said, feels luxurious for long runs and recovery days.

When you crave the softest cushioning around, the men's Brooks Glycerin 19 delivers that and then some.

Brooks Glycerin 19 Review:

The rubber outsole of the Brooks Glycerin 19 running shoes

Part of Brooks' Cushion collection, the Glycerin 19 uses DNA Loft foam to deliver a smooth ride with plenty of supportive cushioning to absorb shock with each step. The Glycerin 19 is great for medium to high arches that need more cushion and support at the midfoot.

Fleet Feet testers took the Glycerin 19 for a run. Here's what they thought.

Brooks Glycerin 19’s mens size 10.5 EE width

Excellent shoe, Brooks is one of the few brands that offer wide foot choices. Performs well in all weather, and has enough support for moderate Alaskan trail running although sharp rocks can penetrate the foam of the sole where it is unprotected by rubber tread.

Amazing shoes

These shoes are amazingly comfortable and provide a very stable base, especially considering how cushioned they are!

Still the Best for Comfort

For four years, 4000 miles, my feet have been pain free. No blisters, no sore feet, no sore arches, no rotten toe nails. Never. And nothing but the Glycerin for my feet. It’s the running shoe that keeps me running.
