Brooks’ softest cushioning meets its reliable stability in the men's Glycerin 19 GTS.
Designers gave the Glycerin a bed of DNA Loft foam to cushion your steps. The foam is the softest one in Brooks’ lineup, which guarantees the plush feeling you crave for your everyday miles.
An engineered mesh upper provides breathable support and maintains a light weight, while a blown rubber outsole increases the Glycerin’s durability and traction on pavement.
The defining feature of the Glycerin 19 GTS, though, is Brooks’ GuideRails technology. The subtle stability feature helps keep your body in its natural motion path and reduces excess movement to keep you running smoothly.

Brooks Glycerin
These are the most comfortable walking shoes I've ever worn.
Pretty good
I have flat feet and over pronation that results in inward toe roll / pressure. Ive had ongoing foot issues the past 8months and Ive tried hokas altras and different orthotics these shoes have enough coushion and the new rails really do help. Ive ordered a pair of paradigm 6 and am going to compare which works best for me. These do run half a size small though

Live and Die with Brooks
Brooks simply cant manufacture a bad product. I have been with Brooks since day one of serious running. Every pair of shoes now serve as every day shoes (once they are retired from events) Some of the shoes are 3+ years old with thousands of miles on them from running and walking and they are still hanging in there, keeping me comfortable, I LOVE BROOKS!!!!!! As for the staff of Fleet Feet, they are patient, understanding, attentive, caring and educated. I trust them from the moment I walk in the door. They do not seem concerned about the sale, they seem concerned with helping them. KUDOS to you all (this comes from a man who worked customer service for 30 years) So I know a little.
So comfortable
These are so comfortable. Previous shoes (same size) would cramp up after 5-6 miles, not the Glycerin 19 GTS. I’m currently running on my second pair. Thank you Brooks for an excellent shoe.
