Men's Shoes Mizuno

Mizuno Wave Rider 23

Features

The Mizuno Wave Rider 23 is as dependable and smooth as ever.

Mizuno gave the shoe a simple, sleek upper for a clean look, and it has an accommodating fit that’s ready for as many miles as you are. Underneath, designers kept the same combination of U4ic and U4icX for a firm and responsive ride.

In our review of the Mizuno Wave Rider 23, Fleet Feet testers loved the updated look and consistent heel-to-toe transition of the newest edition.

Lace up the latest Wave Rider for a reliable run, mile after mile.

My...6th pair of these in a year+/-

What can I say, my purchase history speaks for itself. I've put in a lot of miles this year, and have gone through several pairs of the Mizuno Wave Rider 23s. I'm afraid this will probably be my last pair before I have to try the 24s (I hate trying new shoes), but they have been very good to me. I'm a slowish runner, 6' tall and 170 pounds give or take, so I need a bit of cushion more than I need something super lightweight. These seem to split the difference adequately for my needs. As always with running shoes, your mileage may vary (literally and figuratively), but for me these have been great!

Great Upgrade from the Wave Rider 22

Upgraded to these from the Mizuno Wave Rider 22 after they had ~400 miles on them (I weigh 200 pounds so I felt like those held up well considering). These feel substantially better, look sleeker, and are an all around great shoe! I have a long thin and somewhat flat foot and they fit great.

Fit too small but seemed great

Purchased the wide (2e) 11.5, which is the size I usually get, but it was too small. The shoe itself seemed light and durable and quite beautiful. I simply returned and ordered a bigger pair.
