New Balance offers carbon fiber plating in a daily training shoe for the first time ever. This means higher energy returns on even your recovery runs. The Lerato combines New Balance’s super bouncy FuelCell midsole foam with a carbon fiber plate in the forefoot to give you responsiveness where you need it and cushion where you don’t.

The outsole is constructed of lightweight blown rubber to provide the durability necessary for daily mileage. The upper is woven with a variety of knits and tensions to create a uniquely supportive, comfortable feel over long miles. The heel collar is elevated and features a TPU heel clip for additional support.
