The Nike Zoom Fly 3’s speed comes from the carbon-fiber plate embedded into the midsole. Like the Nike Vaporfly NEXT%, the full-length carbon-fiber plate propels you forward with each step for your fastest runs yet.

Surrounding the plate is a cushion of React foam, the same bouncy foam Nike used in the Epic React Flyknit 2. React gives the shoe a comfortable ride and premium durability, so the Zoom Fly can stand up to your long races.

Nike then wrapped the Zoom Fly 3 in a VaporWeave upper. Engineers made the new material to be lighter and less absorbent than Flyknit so runners wouldn’t get weighed down by rain or sweat.

The Zoom Fly 3 is the second-fastest shoe in Nike's Zoom series of running shoes, which includes the Pegasus 36, Pegasus Turbo 2 and Nike Vaporfly NEXT%.

Shoe purchase during the shut down

I am so glad to be a customer of Fleet Feet. I needed a new pair of running shoes right when all this Covid 19 pandemic started. The guys at the Hendersonville store got with me out on the sidewalk and fitted me as best as they could and were super nice about it! The shoes I chose are not the shoes for me but they told me I could bring them back after things cleared up. I also purchased a pair on line and likewise they just weren't the shoes for me so I sent them back for a credit with prepaid shipping. I will be ordering more on line and trying things this way until I can get back in the store. It seems like a lot of trouble but when you are running everyday your feet are really important. Thanks Fleet Feet, you guys rock!
