This is a shoe made for propulsion. It combines lightweight and durable Nike React foam with an internal carbon fiber plate for flexibility to give you a smooth, responsive stride.

You will feel snug and secure in this Nike Zoom Fly 4. The upper conforms to your foot for a sock-like feel and is made with lightweight mesh for a softer and more breathable shoe. Four pieces of webbing work with the laces wrapping around your midfoot for a tight, secure feel. There is also Nike Flyknit around the collar to make the shoe easier to put on and take off.
