Saucony built the Ride on top of a springy PWRRUN midsole. The foam provides an ideal balance of responsiveness and cushioning, making it great for uptempo paces and long runs.

Outstanding Shoe

This is my second pair of Rides and I’m not sure I would consider any other brand/model in the future. Foot and knee pain I’ve experienced in other shoes is nonexistent in these. I have also found that other brands have created blisters on the inside arch of my foot, and these do not. From 5 to 20 mile runs, these have been very comfortable and great shoe!
