The Lite-Show version still has all of the features that make the Kayano 28 great. ASICS redesigned their GEL cushioning to allow you to experience a softer landing without losing speed. They added FF BLAST™ cushioning to the midsole to improve stability and responsiveness. This combination makes sure that you have a smooth and supportive run every step of the way.

The Kayano is a great shoe for overpronators, and ASICS made it even better by featuring a lower-profile external heel counter that cradles your foot and improves rearfoot support. ASICS DYNAMIC DUOMAX technology works with the midsole foam to reduce overpronation and prevent uneven wearing on the outsole.
