ASICS built the Novablast on top of a generous bed of Flytefoam Blast cushioning. The new foam cushions your landings and provides an energetic response with each step.

Designers crafted the unique midsole and outsole shape to promote the energizing feeling of the shoe, and its height also delivers ample protection and comfort over long distances. Even with all the foam, though, the shoe is light and fast.

On top, ASICS used a soft engineered mesh upper to keep air flowing, and reflective detailing helps keep you visible during low-light hours.

women's Asics Nova Blast

Buying on line made it impossible to see how wide the sole and heel areas are on the shoe. However, I am having no issues with the width even after my misgivings at un boxing. Stability is good. So far they are very comfortable.
