With an updated midsole, the women's Brooks Ghost 13 is the best Ghost yet.
Brooks created a soft and smooth ride by incorporating into the midsole a generous amount of its DNA Loft foam—one of Brooks’ softest foam compositions. The DNA Loft extends from the heel to forefoot to deliver a soft, consistent transition, while BioMoGo DNA foam gives you a responsive toe off.
The engineered mesh upper is roomy and smooth, and it provides just a bit of stretch to help mold it around the unique shape of your foot. The mesh breathes easily on warm days and feels plush from the moment you step in.
Coated with a durable rubber outsole for extra grip and a longer lifespan, the women's Brooks Ghost 13 is a classic, no-fuss everyday training shoe that you can rely on for hundreds of miles.

Love these
i'm a walker / beginning runner with a previous ankle injury (fracture and surgery) so I always need good support. These are really comfortable and provide great support. I've been running/walking in them on a treadmill for a couple of months now and love them!
nice shoes
these did not work for me but I should've just got some insoles for them I have super high arches a high in-step wide toes narrow ankle and slightly under-pronate i instead went with mizuno wave rider 24 which are little more snug in the toe box but overall have greater comfort for my freak feet

Really like these! Good to run in and do workouts - also like the black! I can wear them to work without many people noticing I am wearing sneakers.

This I my third pair of the Ghost line. This pair is also my favorite. It seems Brooks has made them even more comfortable. Thank you for the continued quality.
Ghosts never let me down!
Brooks shoes are the best. I loved the Glycerins, but the Ghosts even more. Due to back issues, I cannot run anymore, but Ghosts keep me stable and up on my feet when I walk or just stand. And they feel so good on my feet.
