The new On Cloudflow delivers lightweight performance for all your runs.

On designers packed the updated Cloudflow with 18 adaptive Cloud elements and Helion foam to help cushion each step. Mated to a re-engineered Speedboard, the Cloudflow helps turn impact forces into acceleration.

A Swiss-engineered mesh upper provides a minimalist look and lightweight feel, while zoned ventilation allows air to flow in and out of the shoe. On also added a small elastic band on the tongue to trap the laces so they don’t bounce around or come untied.

On used a new outsole rubber compound with updated patterns to improve the shoe’s traction on both dry and wet pavement.

Whether you’re hitting the track for some sprints or toeing the starting line of a marathon, the On Cloudflow is optimized for your fastest day yet.

Great running shoes

On cloud flow shoes are like running on clouds. They are lightweight but still provide enough cushion for a comfortable run. I had to order my size and fleet feet shipped them directly to my house very quickly!

Best training shoe I’ve owned

This is my second pair of On Cloudflow shoes, and I am obsessed with them. I generally like a low-medium support shoe that has a light weight and a “barely there” sort of feeling, and this shoe fits the bid perfectly. The color scheme is very cute, and these shoes are incredibly comfortable to wear either during my HIIT training (jogging, sprinting, rowing, and lifting) or during long walks. Disclaimer: I am not a distance runner, but I love these shoes for all of my athletic endeavors. I highly recommend them!

So far, pretty great!

Gone for a training run, distance run, and long walk since I got these. Overall they're pretty great. No complaints. Lightweight and comfortable but not too cushiony. I love the shoelace tuck-in on the tongue. Ordered them without trying on and tried them on before my first run. Risky, but worth it. All-around good shoes for all the activities.

Didn't last

These shoes started out great, but did not last as expected. I have been training in them for 3-1/2 months, putting maybe 300 miles on them and they are shot. My knees and legs hurt. They have a high price tag and are made for long distance runs, but they quality and durability is not there. Will not buy again.
